Review of Treebo Hotel: A Balanced Perspective on Value and ExperienceMy recent stay at Treebo Hotel was a reflection of both cost-effectiveness and limited offerings. The hotel's strategic location offers convenience for travelers, resembling the easy access found in trekker-friendly lodges around the Himalayas. While the price was notably low, some of the room's facilities left much to be desired. Broken chairs and a malfunctioning intercom detracted from comfort, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, as the staff were distant rather than accommodating. The helpful nature of some team members did shine through, reflecting the goodwill often experienced in Nepal's hospitable lodges. The breakfast buffet, while served cold, had a decent variety that could cater to different palates, reminiscent of the hearty meals enjoyed on trekking expeditions. Extra meals we ordered for lunch and dinner surprisingly met expectations, contributing positively to our limited experience. With free parking and 24-hour reception, Treebo provides a few necessary conveniences.
